Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellation requests received on or before January 7, 2019, may be subject to a 20% cancellation and administration fee. Cancellations must be made in writing to American Pistachio Growers by midnight on January 7, 2019. Cancellation requests received after January 7, 2019, will be considered as a withdrawal from exhibiting at the American Pistachio Conference and will NOT receive a refund.

Each exhibitor is required to keep at least one attendance in the booth during all show hours. The official show schedule is as follows:
Monday, February 25, 2019 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Tuesday, February 26, 2019 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Wednesday, February 27, 2019 8:00 am to 3:30 pm
Exhibitor load-in is from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm on Monday, February 25, 2019. Late load -in is not allowed. All exhibits must be set up by 4:30 pm for the opening night welcome reception.
Exhibitor tear-down is from 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm on Wednesday, February 27, 2019. The dismantling of an exhibit space before the conclusion of show hours on Wednesday, February 27 will result in the loss of early exhibitor registration for the following conference.
Exhibitor Waiting List
Once exhibit space is sold out, American Pistachio Growers will begin an exhibitor waiting list. In order to be placed on the waitlist, you must be a member with dues paid in full. When and if space becomes available, American Pistachio Growers will assign exhibit spaces to the waitlisted exhibitor(s) in order of exhibit space requests made.
